Hi, I’m Michael Hodge!

I am a graduate of Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State. I love baking for friends and family and decided to turn it into a business. Everything made in my home bakery is made from scratch with high quality butter, organic flour, no seed oils, and no preservatives or shortcuts.

Enjoy everything we have to offer from our English muffins to our cookies, and pretzels, knowing where your food is coming from and recognizing all the ingredients.
