Hi, I’m Michael Hodge!

As a culinary graduate of Cincinnati State I love baking for friends and family and decided to turn it into a business. As a home based bakery everything is made from scratch with high quality butter, flour and no preservatives or shortcuts.

Enjoy everything we have to offer from our English muffins to our cookies, and pretzels, knowing where your food is coming from and recognizing all the ingredients.
